Hot Ashtanga Yoga

A challenging proactive but one that is accessible for all levels of students

This is a traditional fluid yoga sequence derived from the ashtanga vinyasa system of yoga transmitted by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. In this class, we focus on the primary series condensed  in 60 minutes that gives you a balanced practice of sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, hip opener and inversions.  A challenging proactive but one that is accessible for all levels of student and conducted in a hot room of 35-38 degree celcius.
