Health & Safety

Our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our team and customers. Hence we recommend:

  • Bring your own mat and towel whenever possible.
  • Clean mats and props after each use and allow to dry.
  • Use barriers — if you are using studio-provided mats, a towel over the mat is compulsory.

Why a Towel Is a Must in Hot Classes?

A yoga towel absorbs moisture and sweat, resulting in a safer practice. It protects our yoga mat from germs and bacteria from one's skin to our mat. Most important, a yoga towel can make the practice more comfortable and prevent you from potential injuries caused by sliding on the wet mat.
