Our Classes
Hot
Bikram Yoga
The original Bikram sequence: 26 postures in two sets plus 2 breathing exercises, in a room heated to 40.6 °C (105 °F). A fixed, unchanging order that works the whole body — offered as a 90' Classic or a 60' Express.

Hot
HIIT Inferno Hot Pilates
Full-body, low-impact workout blending Pilates with high-intensity intervals in a heated room (~37 °C). Mostly bodyweight, timed sets, no harsh jumping.
View class
Hot TRX
High-intensity suspension training with TRX straps in a heated room. Gravity plus your own bodyweight builds strength, core stability and balance, and the intensity scales with your body angle.

Intro to Ashtanga Yoga
Based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, a fixed and structured sequence. This intro strips the intensity back and builds the foundation: the blueprint postures, one by one, with steady Ujjayi breathing and modifications welcome.

Yin Yoga
Slow, passive floor postures held for minutes to release deep connective tissue. Great for newcomers and for balancing an active practice.

Hatha Yoga
A slow-paced, beginner-friendly class of held poses and controlled breathing, with a short relaxation at the end.

Hot Barre
A dynamic fusion of yoga, ballet and barre work in a heated room (about 35 °C). Lengthen and tone glutes, core, thighs and arms.
